Tip #1
Cereal!
I know it sounds crazy, but it works! Grab your favorite cereal and some skim milk (and a spoon) and you’re on your way to slim!

Now let me explain…
Cereal is normally only about 100 calories a bowl, and with skim milk, 160 or so. Have it for a low-cal breakfast or a VERY low-cal lunch! Too easy!
