The thing is… skinny is relative. Be the skinny you want to be, not the skinny everyone else wants to see.

Don’t skip meals! Just bring your own, or fix your own! Eat cereal when they get suspicious, or go to a friends house and “eat.” Only eat when other people are around, if you do decide to eat, never alone.

TAKE VITAMINS!! I cannot stress this more. When you eat less, you deprive yourself of the little healthy bits you would be getting. Prenatal vitamins are bomb, but a general vitamin will do.

The gap will come, trust me. And when it does, after all of the hard work, it’s beautiful! :)
