5 best? Here we go!
1. Water! I know it sounds really simple, but it’s amazing for making you feel fuller than you actually are, and it’s great for skin.
2. Find a low-cal food, and stick with it. Mine is cereal. Being only about 160 calories a serving, I can have breakfast, lunch, AND dinner and still lose weight!
3. Take vitamins! This is too important, if you want to keep your hair. By skipping meals and/or eating less, you’re stripping your body of important vitamins. So I repeat, TAKE VITAMINS! :)
4. Move, move, move! Any little movements while in class or at work is another calorie burned, and 10 less is 1 pound lost a year. It kinda makes a difference, huh?
5. Never give up. You may binge one day and gain a few pounds, but remember that there’s so much mre time to get those few pounds BACK off! If you give up, think of all the pounds that will rush onto your thighs. Stick with it!
