hii, I'm about 5'4 and I weigh from 114-118 these days. I want to weigh, like 100, but I want to weigh whatever will make me a size 0 and show my bones to a more beautiful extent. I stayed strong yesterday and only ate 70 calories of fruit, but I binged today. I just keep binging, and I can't stop. I excercise for an hour daily whether I binge or not. Any tips to keep my head focused??:/
Get a hobby! There’s nothing better to keep you focused than something you truly enjoy, so instead of being around the kitchen and thinking about what’s in it, you’ll be outside or in your room doing something productive! I draw and make clay charms, but just do whatever floats your boat! :)
